Who we are

LuxStep is a sneaker shop in Lipjan, Kosovo. We sell online through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and this website, with cash on delivery in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, city and delivery address, the products, sizes and colours you order, and the order total.

When you message us on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp: your profile name or username and the messages you send us.

When you browse this website: anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. The website itself sets no tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to handle exchanges or returns.

To answer your questions in chat.

To advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta shows our ads and tells us totals (for example how many people started a chat). We do not upload customer lists to Meta.

Who we share it with

The courier who delivers your order receives your name, phone number and address.

Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) processes the messages you send us under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts this website and our order system. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as we need them for the order, for exchanges and returns, and for our accounts as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below).

Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.

To have your data deleted, send us a message on Instagram (@luxstep1), Messenger or WhatsApp (+383 49 399 091) with the words "Delete my data" and the name and phone number you ordered with. We delete it within 30 days and confirm in the same chat. We keep only what the law requires us to keep for accounting.
