How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Match that measurement to the CM column below — if you're between sizes, size up.
- Measure in the evening (feet are largest) and check both feet, using the larger one.
