How to keep white sneakers clean

White sneakers go with everything but show every mark. With a little regular care you can keep them looking new all year.

Everyday cleaning

Use a soft brush with lukewarm water and a little white soap. Work in small circles, never soak the shoe, and dry in the shade — never in direct sun, which yellows the material.

How to stop yellowing

Yellowing comes from fast drying and soap residue. Rinse well, wrap them in white kitchen paper while they dry, and store away from heat.

Protect them first

A water-repellent spray before the first wear protects against stains and rain. Reapply every two to three weeks for daily wear.
